How to make Tandoori Broccoli


Boil a pot of water. Add salt and drop the broccoli florets to blanch. After 2-3mins transfer the florets into an ice bath. Once it is cooled drain out the water. Mix all the remaining ingredients for marination. Gently toss the broccoli in the marinade and mix well. Keep it aside for 30mins. Preheat the oven on Broil High. Coat the pan with ghee/oil and place the florets without crowding. Broil till there is a little caramelization. Transfer it to a serving tray and garnish it with lime juice or chat masala. Serve hot with mint chutney..
