Tandoor Chicken and Veg Egg White Omlette
- Shredded tandoori roast chicken breast 75 gm
- Liquid egg white 350 gm
- Steamed peas 150 gm
- Baby Spinach 30 gm
- Light Shredded Mozzarella Cheese : 30 gm
- Mixed Herbs, Salt and pepper to taste
- Cherry Tomatoes:30 gm
Pre heat grill or oven
Lightly spray fry pan with oil and place on hotplate.
Add seasoning to egg whites and pour into frypan.
Add chicken, veg, tomato and spinach to frypan and lightly press down to submerge ingredients in the egg mix.
Once egg whites have turned opaque, add cheese on top, take the frypan off the hot plate and place under the grill for around 5 minutes or until lightly brown.
