How to make Tandalachi Ukad/ Rice porridge

Take flour and curd in one bowl and add 1 glass of water and stir the mixture and make a paste. Make sure there are no lumps in the paste.
Step 2
Take a pan and add ghee. After the ghee is hot add mustard seeds. Once it splutters add chopped green chili and curry leaves. Add haldi and let it cook for 30 seconds.
Step 3
Add the rice flour paste to the pan and stir continuously on high flame. It will become thick in consistency after stirring for 2 mins.
Optional - Can also add 1/2 teaspoon sugar to the paste.
