How to make Taco Salad
Step-1
Step1. Roast 60 gms Bell Peppers and 15 gm Onion on pan (No oil)

Step2. Crush 1/4 avocado and add 5 gm tomatoes and 5 gm onion

Step3. Cook 20 gms of black beans in pressure cooker for 10 min (3 Whistles) and

Step4. Heat 1/2 tbsp Olive oil in pan and add taco seasoning add pressure cooked beans

Step5. Mix spring mix veggies 50 gm with roasted bell peppers, onions and add avocado paste.

Step6. Add low fat organic taco chips 5-6 chips
