Ingredients for Sweet potato Beet root soup
- › 50gm sweet potato, 50gm beet root
- › 5gm oil,onion chopped
- › black pepper,salt,herbs(rosemary)
Method
1. Dice the beet root and sweet potato after peeling
2. Add oil in pan add onion & garlic let it turn golden now add diced sweet potato ,beet root.
3. Add herbs ,balckpepper,salt, let it cook till tender.
4. Add veggies stock or water 250ml to cook.
5. you can also add cinnamon stick to add flavour
6. once soft blend it in blender after cooling .
7. serve it hot.
