Ingredients for Sweet potato and egg pancake
- › Sweet potato - 130 gm
- › Eggs - 3
- › Pinch of baking powder
Method
1. Boil and peel the sweet potatoes and let it cool down
2. Blend boiled sweet potatoes ,eggs, baking powder together to smooth batter in blender or mixer or in bowl and spoon
3. Heat the pan and pour the batter and cook both sides
4. Optional step : Add sugar or any sweetener in batter if you wish . Make sure to add those calories in.
