Sunny side up brocoli
- 1. Brocoli florets 50 gm
- 2 Mushroom diced 50 gm
- 3. Whole eggs 3
- 4. Spices like pepper, salt, Curry powder
- 5. Garnishing with spring onion
- 6. Coconut oil 5 gm
1. Heat the pan followed by adding the vegetables and spices.
2. In the heated pan break open the eggs and cover for 5 minutes.
3. Carefully it it out once cooled down a bit.
