Ingredients for Suji ka halwa
- › 40 gm rawa/suji
- › 17 gm besan
- › 15 gm ghee
- › sugar free/stevia
- › elaichi
Method
1. temper ghee and roast rawa and besan till it changes colour to light brown
2. add water cook till it absorb
3. now add sugar free or stevia for sweetness
4. finally garnish with elaichi powder
