Ingredients for suji besan chila
- › suji 30gm
- › besan 30 gm
- › dahi 40 gm
- › onion 1/2 medium
- › tomato 1/4 medium
- › chili as per taste
- › salt as per taste
- › oil 5ml
Method
1. mix suji besan and curd.. add 1/2 cup water and mix well. add salt in it and keep it for 10 min..
2. meanwhile chop onion, tomato and chilli in small pieces.
3. add these in the batter., put some more water in batter
4. heat the tawa, when heated put some water on it with tissue..when dried put batter in tawa and spread it..
5. put some oil on sides and cook the chila from both side. 325
