finely chopped onion, capsicum, coriander, methi leaves
green chilli paste, salt
Rice flour roti with all the macro nutrients n fiber, like one pot meal. Ingredients Rice flour gms Yellow moong dal gms(soak for mins) Chana dal gms(soak for mins) Grated carrot, bottle gourd Finely chopped capsicum, onions, coriander, methi leaves Paneer gms Green chilli paste n salt Recipe Mix all the ingredients one by one without using water try to bind them by pressing the mix. So that moist from all veggies get it binded. Let it rest for mins. Check n add a spoon of water if required. Divide the dough into parts. Just pat one portion on a non stick pan. No greasing required. Turn it after some time and roast it on both sides. You are done with your whole day meal. Enjoy it with any green chutney 😋
