Stuffed rajma paratha's
- 1)40 gm raw rajma socked and boiled it with adding salt(after boiling they became 96 gm) 2)50 gram wheat flour make a paratha dough with it, after making dough it became 86 gm 3)chopped half onion, 4)green chillies 5)coriander chopped 6)5 gm butter
1)mesh cooked and boiled rajma 2)mix onion, salt, coriander, or any spices you want 3)now heat a pan 4)make 2 dough bolls 5)fill rajma filing in it roll it properly 6)and grill /roast it in pan apply butter in it 7)your paratha's are ready, "serve hot"
