Ingredients

  • Recipe Ingredients listOkra / lady finger / bhindi 200 grams
  • Recipe Ingredients listBengal gram Fluor/Besan 50 grams
  • Recipe Ingredients listCurd / dahi 50 grams
  • Recipe Ingredients listAmchoor powder 10 grams
  • Recipe Ingredients listMustard oil 10 grams
  • Recipe Ingredients listCarom seeds / ajwain 5 g
  • Recipe Ingredients listSalt and red chilli powder as per taste

Direction

Step-1

Dry roast besan on a pan till fragrant (3-4 minutes)

Step-2

Take it out in a bowl and mix curd , Caron seeds , amchoor powder , salt and pepper and mix well

Step-3

Put slit on one side of bhindi and scoop out the pulp , chop . Mix the pulp in curd besan mixture

Step-4

Marinade bhindi with lime juice , salt and pepper

Step-5

Now stuff with filling prepared and roast well in frying pan
