Ingredients for Street-style Omelette Bread
- › Eggs
- › Wheat Bread
- › Butter
- › Onion
- › Green chillies
- › Salt
Method
1. Break the eggs in a bowl. Add chopped chillies, onion and salt and whisk together properly
2. Heat a pan and spread the butter evenly on it
3. Pour the egg mixture onto the pan and let it cook on medium heat
4. Once the egg is half done, place the bread slice on top and flip the egg carefully
5. Keep cooking on medium flame until done & SERVE
6. TIP: Poke little holes and keep pressing the egg so that it is cooked properly from the inside
