How to make Street-style Omelette Bread
Step-1
Break the eggs in a bowl. Add chopped chillies, onion and salt and whisk together properly
Step-2
Heat a pan and spread the butter evenly on it
Step-3
Pour the egg mixture onto the pan and let it cook on medium heat
Step-4
Once the egg is half done, place the bread slice on top and flip the egg carefully
Step-5
Keep cooking on medium flame until done & SERVE
Step-6
TIP: Poke little holes and keep pressing the egg so that it is cooked properly from the inside
