How to make Street style eggs
Step-1
Layer 1: grease the pan and make half fry of two eggs. Season it with salt and black pepper.Keep it aside in a plate
Step-2
Layer 2: in the same pan, heat 5-6 g of butter and add all the greens. Cook them for about 30-60 sec and add boil eggs &salt to it. Mash the egg and cook everything together for 1-1.5 min. Add some water so that it is not very dry.
Layer it on top of half fry and keep it aside
Step-3
Layer 3: add rest of the butter in the same pan and add some finely chopped onion to it. Cook it for 1-2 min and add tomato purée to it. Cook it again for 1-2 min and season it with salt, read chilli and other spices of your choice .Add this as third layer in your dish.
