Ingredients for Strawberry Protein Ice Cream
- › Frozen Strawberry: 150 gm
- › Milk: 100 ml
- › Whey Protein Powder: 25 gm
- › Water: 100 ml
- › Psyllium Husk: 5 gm
1. Put all the items in a blender and just blend! Add water according to your desire, I use 100 ml. Psyllium Husk gives the ice cream consistency and volume. Some people add Guar gum as well but I had psyllium husk and hence used it.
