- Milk low fat- 100ml
- Oats- 30gm
- Strawberry- 15gm
- Cashewnut- 15gm
- Chia seeds- 2gm
In a pot, bring milk to boil and add oats and half cup water. Let it simmer for some time or about 7-8 minutes.
Take it in a bowl, add freshly cut strawberries and cashews and retain some for topping. Mix all well.
Now, top it with remaining strawberry slices, cashews and chia seeds. Enjoy!
Note: you may add any zero calorie sweetener as per your taste.
