Strawberries 100g
Unsalted butter 2g
Chia seeds 4g
Lemon juice 2tsp
Erythyritol 2.5tsp

Step-1
In 2MP, add 3tbsp water and butter.
Step-2
Add strawberries and lemon juice.
Step-3
Cook on high for 5-6mins. Switch off.
Step-4
Release pressure, add erythyritol and mash well.
Step-5
Add chia seeds and let it cool.
Step-6
Store in a jar in refrigerator.
