How to make Stirfry with Bulgar wheat

Step-1

Heat 5 gms ghee and toss in sliced onions

Step-2

Put in the chopped veggies of your choice + chicken (or any protein) and sauté till the chicken turns light brown

Step-3

Add a little water and cover

Step-4

After 2-3 mins, add salt pepper soy sauce and a little chilli sauce if you like spice

Sautéed till the water is soaked up and the chicken looks perfectly cooked

Step-6

On the side, combine bulgar wheat with a diluted vegetable or chicken broth or water in the ration 1:1.75. Add a pinch of salt. Bring to a simmer and then lower heat and cover for 10 mins. Take off from heat and keep covered for 10 more mins. Fluff with a fork and serve hot with the stir fry.
