How to make Stir-fry with rice

Step-1

Heat ghee

Step-2

Add ginger garlic and sauté for a minute

Step-3

Add all veggies of your choice except green leaves and sauté for 6-7 mins

Step-4

Add all the green leaves and paneer. sauté for a minute (Alternates: Add chicken or soya)

Step-5

Add little water and splashes of soy sauce, vinegar and chilli sauce, salt, pepper

Step-6

Stir fry for 2 mins

Step-7

Serve with hot rice
