Stir fry vegetables with schezwan sauce
- Butter - 10gms
- Mushrooms - 100 gms
- Beans - 50 gms
- Bell peppers - 50 gms
- Zuchhini - 50 gms
- Soy Sauce - 10ml
- Schezwan Sauce - 25gms
- garlic - 7 to 8 pods
- Dried Red chilly - 5
- White sesame seeds (roasted) - 1 tea spoon
- Scallions (green onion) - 10 gms
add the butter to the kadai and then throw in the garlic and red chillies.
When the butter is oozing hot, put in the beans and stir fry them on full heat. Keep stirring and remove them once stir fried nicely.
Now in the remaining butter, put the rest of the veggies. Keep the flame high and stir the veggies nicely till they are al dente, for like 5 mins max.
Lastly, drizzle some soy sauce and add the schezwan sauce as per your macros.
Stir it well again and garnish it with the white sesame seeds (roasted) and finely chopped scallions (green onion). Ready to server and enjoy!
