How to make Stir fry Chicken and Veggies & Steamed Rice
Add oil to a pan
Add onion (cut into 4) ,followed by chicken cubes to the pan.
Saute for 10 mins until chicken is 90 % done
Add Sriracha sauce,vinegar,soy sauce followed by cut veggies(similar size as onion) &green chilli,salt and black pepper powder
take 1 tea spoon corn flour mixed in water and add to the pan
cook for 5 mins without covering the pan
Garnish with a pinch of sesame seeds and serve with steamed rice.
