How to make stir fried veg soya chunks with paneer & cheese
Step-1
boil water and add soya chunks till they get soft, squeeze water from soya chunks.
Step-2
heat ghee in a large wok/kadhai. add pinch of cumin seeds/ jeera, pinch of hing, half tea spoon turmeric/haldi and 1 tea spoon ginger garlic paste
Step-3
add soya chunks and sorte on med high flame, add finely chopped vegetables and sprinkle 2 table spoon water and cover with lid
Step-4
roast paneer cubes on non stick pan
Step-5
check out the wok and stir the vegetables gently
Step-6
add paneer cubes to vegetables and soya and stir on med high flame
Step-7
add soya sauce, green chili sauce and salt to taste and mix well and remove from flame
Step-8
serve in a dish and garnish with cilantro topped up with cheese triangles
Step-9
