How to make Steamed Suji Vegetable Roll
Make a fine powder of Suji in a grinder
In a mixing bowl add Suji ,curd,baking soda and salt .Knead a smooth dough (don't add water).
Rest the dough for 20 mins.
Meanwhile,for stuffing take a bowl mix all vegetables ,salt ,black pepper and garam masala.
Pinch a ball size dough and grease it with oil and roll with rolling pin like roti.spread some stuffing and make a roll.
Place the roll in steamer and steam for about 15 -20 mins
cut the steamed roll in pieces . for tempering heat oil in pan add cumin seeds,mustard seeds,and curry leaves let it crackle .
Pour the tadka on the Suji roll pieces.
