How to make Steamed Sandesh

Step-1

in a mixer jar add paneer cut into small cubes

Step-2

add milk, stevia and cardamom

Step-3

grind the batter to a thick consistency

Step-4

add saffron strands

Step-5

grease a plate for steamer

Step-6

add the mixture to greased plate and steam for 40 minutes

Step-7

after it cools, chill in the fridge for another 30 minutes

Step-8

serve chilled
