Water: For steaming

Scallion, chopped: 30 gm

Kosher salt: 10 gm

Green bell pepper: 40 gm

Method

Step 1

Gather the ingredients.

Step 2

Either whisk together the eggs and put them into a heat-safe bowl with water, scallions, bell pepper, and salt until fully combined or put eggs as a whole with other ingredients on top of it into idli steamer.

Step 3

Steam for minutes over medium-high heat.
