How to make steamed fish curry in curd ( serves 3 people )
Step-1
Grind 2 green chillies, mustard and poppy seeds / sesame seeds, ginger in mixer
Step-2
Take a bowl add curd , turmeric, salt , above paste and marinade the fish
Step-3
Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes
Step-4
Meanwhile, put a big container over gas top and fill with 4 cups of water
Step-5
Place a stand in centre and bring the water to boil
Step-6
Simmer the flame and take a big tiffin , add the mustard oil on top and put some whole green chillies on top or steel box with fit lid to steam the fish
Step-7
Transfer the fish in the tiffin and cover with lid
Step-8
Now place the tiffin in stand and cover the container lid too for even steaming
Step-9
Steam for 20-25 minutes on medium to low flame
Step-10
Take it out and plate it , garnish with coriander and onion seeds and enjoy with piping hot bowl of rice
