How to make Steamed Dahi bada

Step-1

soak both dals for 4 to 5 hours

Step-2

make a smooth paste in grinder

Step-3

beat it lightly with salt and eno

Step-4

grease idli pan

Step-5

place small balls of the prepared batter on idli pan

Step-6

steam for 20 mins

Step-7

dunk the prepared badas in warm water and soak for 5 mins

Step-8

lightly squeeze and serve with chilled beaten yogurt

Step-9

add both chutneys and sprinkle black salt and chaat masala

Step-10

serve chilled
