1. Cut all the greens veggies.... add olive oil in pan and add onion first sauté it...for 2 min .. add all the veggies sauté them and cover the lid for 2 min add paneer and stir it properly add sprouts and stir it now add salt, cumin powder pepper and stir evenly.... take a plate place lettuce leaves on them and pour the sprouts veg bhel from pan to plate...sqeeze one lemon....
