sprouts 100 grms
mixed veggies leftover 50 grms
garlic cloves 4
spices as per u
Direction
Step-1
take garlic spices and mix veggies and grind it fine mixer
Step-2
now take soaked sprouts and grind it will in mixer
Step-3
add both the mix and again grind it
Step-4
do not add any water or it will b hard to bind it
Step-5
if ur paste is watery then u can add a bread crumb which can be grind in mixer and can b used as a binding agent..note this us a optional step..bread macros not included
Step-6
make tikkis and bake it 230 degrees in oven or grill it on slow flame on tawa
Step-7
serve with cold dahi or enjoyed as tikki
