Sprouts Paneer Salad
- Moong - 20gm
- Horse gram - 20gm
- Paneer - 100gm
- Onion - 20gm
- Tomato- 20gm
- Pomegranate- 10gm
- Lime juice - 1 tbsp
- Chopped Coriander leaves + spring onion - 5gm
- Dry spices - salt, chat masala, black pepper powder, cumin powder
Soak the moon and gram in hot water for about an hour in separate vessels. Take a wet Muslin cloth and wrap the pulses separately. Keep the weight on it and you will get it sprouted the next day.
In the pressure cooker, add these sprouts, water and salt and cook until you one whistle. This is not make it soggy.
In bowl, add all the chopped veggies, pulses, dry spices and lime juice, lastly, add paneer cubes and mix all well. Enjoy 😊
