Ingredients for sprouts and soya
- › 40 grams moong (sprout/ fermented )
- › 10 grams soya granules
- › 5 grams oil
- › Salt, turmeric,Garlic, green chilli, lemon
1. In a pressure cooker, add oil and add all spices, garlic and green chilli. Now add sprouted moong and soya granules to it. Add little amount of water and close the lid of the cooker. Let it cook for 2 whistles. Now squeeze lemon onto it and its ready.
