Sprouts and Paneer Sandwich
- Paneer 50 gms
- Sprouts 50 gms
- Multigrain Bread 50 gms
- Hung Curd : 20 gms
Steam the sprouts in a pressure cooker
Add paneer and hung curd to it.
Add seasonings like Oregano, Peri peri masala and coriander mint chutney
The filling is ready. Fill it in Multigrain bread and grill it on a non stick tawa without oil
