Ingredients for Sprouts and green peas Poha
- › Raw Poha : 50 gms
- › Green Peas : 50 gms
- › Sprouts (Raw) : 50 gms
- › Onion : 25 gms
- › Tomato : 25 gms
- › Oil : 10 gms
Method
1. Steam Green Peas and Sprouts separately
2. Blanch the Poha and strain it
3. Dice Onion and tomato
4. In a heating pan ... put oil ... and sauté onion and tomato ..... add steamed green peas and sprouts and add salt and seasonings to taste .... now add Poha and squeeze a lemon in it !!!! Your Poha is ready to be served !!!! Enjoy
