How to make Sprouts and green peas Poha

Step-1

Steam Green Peas and Sprouts separately

Step-2

Blanch the Poha and strain it

Step-3

Dice Onion and tomato

Step-4

In a heating pan ... put oil ... and sauté onion and tomato ..... add steamed green peas and sprouts and add salt and seasonings to taste .... now add Poha and squeeze a lemon in it !!!! Your Poha is ready to be served !!!! Enjoy
