Ingredients for Sprouted Green Dal Cheela 🥗
- › Sprouted Moong daal / Besan(50gm)
- › Paneer (50gm)
- › Veggies of choice
- › Ghee/butter (5gm)
1. Grind the sprouted moong daal and make a batter. Add water according to the preferred consistency.
2. Add salt/ seasoning in the batter.
3. Heat a pan and add oil to it.
4. Pour the mixture onto the pan or spread using spoon.(Depending on the consistency of the batter)
5. Cook 3-5 mins on each side.
6. Serve with sauted paneer/paneer bhurji , chopped veggies and green chutney.
