Ingredients

  • Recipe Ingredients listSushi rice cooked 100 grams (measured raw)
  • Recipe Ingredients listSpinach about 10 big leaves and stems removed
  • Recipe Ingredients listSoy sauce and oyster sauce each 10 ml
  • Recipe Ingredients listShrimps 50 grams size
  • Recipe Ingredients listSesame seeds white 5 grams
  • Recipe Ingredients listOil for cooking shrimps 5 ml

Direction

Step-1

Soak spinach leaves in Luke warm water for 2 minutes

Step-2

Take out and pay dry

Step-3

Cook shrimps in 5 ml of olive oil , 5 ml of soy sauce and oyester sauce . Sprinkle some salt and pepper and it’s done in 4 minutes

Step-4

Now to each spinach add 1 spoon of rice and press it with the back of spoon , place the shrimps in centre. Sprinkle sesame seeds and roll from one end to other . You can even add thin sliced cucumbers and bell peppers too. Again drizzle the sauce and serve
