How to make Spinach Mix

Step-1

Blanch the spinach and cool it down with cold water . Then blend it in a mixer and make a fine paste .

Step-2

Take pan and add ghee to it . After that add cumin seeds and chopped garlic cloves .

Step-3

After 2 min add chopped onion and cook it till it changes its colour.

Step-4

Add chopped beans and carrot and peas.Cook it for 5 min .

Step-5

Then add the spinach paste and mix it with the veggies.

Step-6

Then add salt , black pepper and garam masala and 1 cup water .

Step-7

Let it cook for 15 min and it’s ready.

Step-8

Boil some water in a pan and add rice . Let it cook till the rice is cooked. Then stain the rice out of water .

Step-9

Note : macros have been calculated with the help of diet tool. Salt ,black pepper and garam masala is to be used according to your taste and preference.
