Spinach Egg Bites
- Spinach- 120gm
- Egg- 2
- Butter- 5gm
- Dry Spices- black salt, red paprika, black pepper powder
- Cashew - 5gm (macros not included, used it for garnishing), One can replace this with greek yogurt.
In a grinder, add little water ( 50ml) and spinach and make paste out of it.
In a bowl, beat 2 eggs, add all dry spices and spinach paste and whisk all well.
Brush the appe pan with butter, Pour in the mixture, cover the lid and let it cook for 5 minutes on medium flame or until egg is set. Enjoy!
Note: One can avoid the butter, but the outer covering will not be smooth. I have tried it for my half batch and can see in the picture!
