How to make Spinach dal rice with eggs

Step-1

Wash and chop spinach, keep it a side

Step-2

Take a pressure cooker, add spinach and saute for 1 or 2mins

Step-3

I have reserved the ghee, because it tastes better on top instead of using it for cooking

Step-4

Add washed rice, toor dal and green gram to it

Step-5

Add some turmeric, coriander powder, chilli powder/green chillis and some curry powder and saute for a minute

Step-6

Add water as needed, I have added 4cups of water.

Step-7

Put the lid on and allow 4 to 5 vessels

Step-8

Once done add in some salt for taste and lime for tangy flavor and some corriander

Step-9

Add 10g of ghee on top, with boiled eggs on side

Step-10

It's done..Tadaa!
