Ingredients for Spinach Dal one pot
- › Toor dal raw 50grams
- › Spinach 1/2 bunch
- › Green chili 1
- › Dried red chili 1
- › Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
- › Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
- › Curry leafs 10
- › Garlic cloves 1
- › Salt
- › Turmeric 1 pinch
- › Chili powder 1/2 tsp
- › Ghee 8 grams
- › Water to Cooke dal 1:2 ratio
Method
1. Heat ghee in a pressure cooker pan and add the tempering now add the washed dal, washed and chopped spinach, and all dry ingredients then add water
2. Fix the pressure cooker lid and place the whistle
3. Wait until you hear 3 -4 whistles
4. Take off the pressure cooker out of the stove and wait until the lid looses it self and take off the dal in to a bowl and serve with roti or rice
