How to make Spinach Crêpe
Step-1
First blanch the spinach and make the paste out of it.
Step-2
In a bowl, beat the eggs and milk and whisk it nicely.
Step-3
Then, add spinach paste and protein powder and whisk again so that there are no lumps.
Step-4
Add sweetner, salt, vanilla syrup, salt and baking powder and whisk again until all mix well
Step-5
Brush the pan with butter, spoon the above mixture and spread it in a circle.
Step-6
Let it roast for sometime, until it golden brown and flip it and do the same for other side. Yay! it's ready!

Top it with yogurt and fruits of yiur choice and Enjoy!
