Ingredients for Spinach chickpea pulav
- › 70gm chickpea (weight of soak and pressure cooked)
- › 50gm rice
- › Spinach 50gm , onion, garlic,ginger , coriander ,green chilly
- › Dry masala, salt,coriander powder,garam masala
- › Oil 10gm
Method
1. Blanch spinach let it cook and make paste
2. Add oil to the pan Add all the khada masala (of your choice cinnamon/black pepper/cardamom)
3. Add paste of onion,ginger garlic,green chilly,coriander to the oil let it sauté
4. Add spinach paste to the masala let it sauté
5. Add boiled chickpea and rice to it and let it cook
6. And it’s ready
