How to make spinach and chana vada

Step-1

Soak chana for two to three hours and grind to make course paste with out water

Step-2

Take the dough in to a bowl add the chopped spinach, chopped ginger, chopped onion, masala and salt

Step-3

Now pre-heat the air fryer or oven at 325 degrees for 5 minutes

Step-4

Make the dough into small patties and place them on the rack of air fryer and bake for 25 minutes at 325 degrees heat

Step-5

Mean while at 10 minutes of baking take a baking brush and apply ghee to the patties and turn each pattie upside down and let the batch of patties bake completely and serve hot along with green chutney or ketchup
