Bengal gram/ chana dal/ senaga pappu 50grams
Spinach 1 bunch
Garam masala 1 tsp
Salt
Ginger chopped 1 tsp
Ghee 5 grams
Onion 1/2 (chopped)
Soak chana for two to three hours and grind to make course paste with out water
Take the dough in to a bowl add the chopped spinach, chopped ginger, chopped onion, masala and salt
Now pre-heat the air fryer or oven at degrees for minutes
Make the dough into small patties and place them on the rack of air fryer and bake for minutes at degrees heat
Mean while at minutes of baking take a baking brush and apply ghee to the patties and turn each pattie upside down and let the batch of patties bake completely and serve hot along with green chutney or ketchup
