How to make Spicy Yellow Moong Dal
Step-1
Clean, wash and soak the yellow moong dal in enough water in a deep bowl for 15 minutes. Drain and keep aside
Step-2
Combine all the ingredients along with the yellow moong dal and 1½ cups of water in a pressure cooker, mix well and pressure cook for 2 whistles
Step-3
Allow the steam to escape before opening the lid and whisk well
Step-4
Add ¼ cup of water, mix well and bring to boil
Step-5
serve hot
