Spicy Prawns Gravy Recipe: . Marinated prawns with ginger, garlic and red chilli paste, salt. Kept aside for an hour. . In a pan, added tbsp oil and tbsp ghee. When hot, added thinly cut onions and small cut capsicum and saute till light golden brown. Added paste of tomato along with turmeric, red chilli powder, garam masala. Low flame cooked till the oil separates. . Added marinated prawns, slow cook for mins so the prawns don't get over cooked. . Serve hot with rice or chapati.
