Spicy pasta with chicken meatballs

Chicken meatballs 1tsp Minced Garlic
100gm Minced chicken
1 medium onion(chopped)
1 slice Bread (crumbs)
chopped coriander leaves
1 Egg
salt to taste
1/4tsp Black pepper powder
oil for brushing
Pasta
30gm whole wheat penne pasta
5gm olive oil
2 Tomatoes (puree)
1tblsp siracha sauce
1tsp tomato ketchup
1tsp mix dried herbs and chilli flakes
1tblsp roughly chopped Basil leaves(Italian)
1tsp minced garlic
1tsp parmesan cheese
salt to taste
sliced Black olives for garnishing

Direction
Step-1
Chicken meatballs
In a large bowl add minced chicken,beated egg,garlic, coriander leaves,salt, pepper,onion and bread crumbs mix nicely.now make small balls out of it.
Step-2
preheat the Airfryer to temp.200c for 3mins.Arrange the chicken meatballs in fryer pan and keep the temp.180c for 5-6 mins.check it occasionally.
Step-3
Pasta
Bring a large pot of water add the pasta with little oil and salt,cook for 8-10mins or until it becomes soft.Drain and reserved the 1/2cup of water for later use and keep aside.
Step-4
Heat the olive oil in a pan and add minced garlic saute it for 1min.now add tomato puree cook for 2mins.
Step-5
Add siracha sauce,tomato ketchup,salt,mix herbs,basil leaves and chilli flakes mix well.
Step-6
Add meatballs ,boiled pasta,cheese and little water in hot sauce and cover it for 2-3 min on shimmer.stir it occasionally.
Step-7
Transfer the dish in plate and garnish with sliced Black olives.Delicious red hot spicy pasta is ready .Serve hot.
