How to make Spicy Oriental soy chicken & Veggies Fried Rice
For the chicken:
Chop the chicken into cubes and marinate with ginger and garlic as paste, soy sauce, salt and pepper.
Splutter the red chilli.
Saute the onions and green chillies till soft.
Add the chicken and give it a good stir for two minutes. Cover and cook.
Add a splash of vinegar to taste. Done
For The rice
Warm the oil
Fry the washed rice for 3 to 5 minutes.
Add water (double the quantity in volume).
Sprinkle the veggies over the water and add salt to taste. Bring to a boil. Simmer.
Cover and cook until done.
