Spicy Grilled Chicken Drumsticks
- 2 Chicken Leg Pieces
- 1/2 tsp Chilly powder
- 1/2 tsp pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp Kasuri Methi (Dried Methi Leaves)
- Salt as per taste
- 40 gms Yoghurt ( Prefer Greek Yoghurt)
- 10 leaves Mint
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
Marinade Preperation : Mix 1tsp yoghurt, chilly powder, pepper, ginger garlic, kasuri methi, salt in a blender or by whisking them together.
Pour the prepared marinade over the chicken pieces and mix well. Marinate for min 30 mins or overnight. Making a few gashes over the chicken pieces before marination would help infuse the flavours better.
Grill in an oven at 210 degrees for 30 mins or more.
Yoghurt Dip : Take rest of the yoghurt in a bowl and mix in finely chopped fresh mint leaves, lemon juice and salt.
